She is not often here, but yesterday it seems she enjoyed the warming sunshine on the fence in the backyard
Yesterday afternoon, after the big heavy rainfall, I had a new visitor in my garden. I called this Ibis bird "Harry". He was very busy picking at all the fat worms, snails and other "bug-goodies".

Today we are visiting the wildlife of Key West. Yes, we have one...! Take your camera and follow me:
You will discover a typically - lazy - cat on Simonton Street....
You will meet the sophisticated cats - some with six toes - in the garden of Ernest Hemingway's house...
Please don't disturb this pelican at Mallory Square....
And you will be wondering why are all over and every where you go so many roosters and his chickens around you. Many, many, many years ago they used them for fights. No more today. Since then they are wild living and took over the island.

To show them all the important things in life, like how to hide and to escape is chicken Mamma's work also...
...ebenso alle Gefahren aufzuzeigen die auf sie lauern, sie zu lehren, wie man diese umgehen kann, ist auch Chicken Mamma's Aufgabe....
And how to get to the other site of the street? Stay all together...and run!
Und... wie ueberquert man eine Strasse richtig ? Schoen zusammen bleiben, keinen Schritt zu weit nach Links oder Rechts - und rennt los!.... so ist's richtig.

Comm'on Baby....you can do it...!
Wer ist denn da so langsam heute...?
