Hi my friends,

longtime friends know it already, I LOVE palm trees and I love to photograph them since many years now. Have a look in my old archives from Key West - going back to the year 2006, my very first beginning of blogging. I fell in love with this tropical trees and never lost the passion :)

Thank you so much for your comments yesterday. Yes, we are still sitting here at the Space Coast, waiting for the next Shuttle Launch coming up next Monday night at 01.58 AM. I hope I can do some snaps, if the weather is good. I'm excited already :)

Stay with me and enjoy your day!

Back to normal....

This is yesterday's photo from the Indian River turned back to the horizontal level :) that means that my day is no more up-side-down, right? ...LOL... everything is back to "normal", our car is fixed and runs like new again - life is good! :)

Hi my friends,

thanks for your wonderful comments and compliments to my post yesterday and the other days too, of course. We were absorbed two days with sitting and waiting to get our RV tuned up and all those mechanical things that have to bee done after a certain time being on the road. I had not to much time to post....

We are thinking about settling down maybe here at the Space Coast and looking around for good locations. There is a lot on the market, but a lot of rubbish too.... :)

Stay with me in this hot Florida weather, everybody is sweating, not just me...LOL...

Strolling trough Down Town today

Pier 5 at the marina down at the bay

The main street in Down Town

The Visual Arts Center

Very nice architecture of the houses in the old part of Panama City

This fighter is to see in front of the College in Panama City

No, it's not the Titanic, its the boat from Ripley's "Believe it or not" - a magnet to get the beach tourists into their business at Panama City Beach water front.
It's that big - You can not miss it :)

Hi my friends,

we are still here in Panama City - and we like it a lot! Should we stay or should we go? :)

Thanks for all the kind comments, my friends!

Tomorrow is my "Wordless Sunday" again, that means: just a picture, but no words. You have to make your own thoughts to that what you will see tomorrow - and for one day you don't have to read my stumbling words...LOL... :)

Stay with me and come back see me tomorrow!

There Is A Beach and A Lighthouse

You're walking the way to the beach at Hunting Island between beautiful and
high palm trees

The sand is hot and very white. Listen, can you hear the waves rolling gently to the shores?

Et voila - here is your pristine sandy beach you were dreaming about!

And the historic lighthouse, built in 1873, is just steps away from the beach

Hunting Island State Park

is one of the most popular state parks and beach
areas in South Carolina. Hunting Island beach attracts over a million visitors a year. The pristine sandy beach, natural setting and warm Atlantic Ocean
make a perfect getaway. Camping, the historic lighthouse, lagoon,
fishing pier and nature trails. Hunting Island is not just another beach...
it's a nature and wildlife paradise... right here in the USA.

Why am I not living in these gorgeous houses at South Battery in Charleston?

Well, I guess I have to work much harder from now on to earn the money it needs to pay the mortgage on these beautiful preferred living spaces.....! :-)
