Hi my friends,

First, I want to say thank you for all the kind comments to my last post. It's always a great feeling to read how much you're enjoying my blog posts. Thanks for coming back again today...*smile*... 

I was very busy recently and couldn't post for two days, but now I'm back again with one of my pictures I did 2 days ago of a shrimp boat, sitting in the harbor of Cape Canaveral. And there I saw these BIG fishes "cleaning up" the barnacles off the side walls of the boat. I bet, you could have catch them with your own hands, they were so busy...

Two Different Worlds

The Majesty of the Seas is leaving Port Canaveral, Florida

Majesty of the Seas

is a Sovereign-class cruise ship owned and operated by Royal Caribbean International. She was built at the Chantiers de l'Atlantique shipyards in  

Saint-Nazaire, France, and placed in service on April 26, 1992. 

Her Godmother is Queen Sonja Of Norway.

Her features include the line-trademark Viking Crown Lounge overlooking the pool and sun decks. The ship has an onboard casino and 11 passenger elevators, two of which are glass-walled. Onboard bars include the Schooner Bar, A Touch of Class Champagne Bar, Blue Skies Lounge, Boleros latin bar, On Your Toes Nightclub, Windjammer Café, and the Pool Bar. There are also two swimming pools, two hot tubs, a basketball court, and a rock climbing wall.

And the opposite to the picture above is this shrimp boat going out to the deep water just before sunset at Port Canaveral

I'm Back To My Old Job Again

I never ever could do that: promising people with great and good sounding words something that they forget in the same second when they get elected!!!

This is the spot where "old and new" meet each other

I'm sure these old rusty boats have seen a lot and could tell you a lot of interesting stories

I love these beautiful Marsh scenes, so typical for the South here

First comes - first serve
for the preferred sitting pole
(can you see the pelican?)

Ocean Diners

They open up their beaks and throats
For breakfast off the back of boats.
Some take a dip and dive for brunch,
Some join the passengers for lunch-
Or swoop in low for sneak attacks
On things like peanut butter snacks.
And when they're in a hungry mood,
Sea gulls love your finger food!
