A New Home

View from my new office

Hi my friends,

it's a long time since I was posting here something, I know.... but now I'm back again to blogging. A lot of stuff happened in the last two weeks. We moved to a new living place and now we try to get homey here. And the picture above shows you the beautiful and relaxing view I have now, while I'm sitting on the computer.

Moving was a hard work and we got very tired - feeling our old bones...oh well,... they don't move the same speed anymore as we thought they would....LOL.... but everything went well and we love our new place! These are good reasons to be happy :-))

Wishing you all a wonderful and Happy Sunday!!

Bait with your heart.....

When you fish for love, bait with your heart, not your brain.

With this wonderful quote I'm wishing you ALL in the U.S.
a great 4th of July celebration
coming up next Monday.

Sunday will be my wordless Sunday again - come back to see me!

Thank you all very much for your kind comments to my last post.

A few sharp lines....

In nature there are few sharp lines.

Hi my friends,

today just a short reminder, how beautiful nature can be, in shape and color.
Captured in front of our house in our new environment.

Wishing you a great Friday - weekend is here, yeah!
Sunday I'll post my "Wordless Sunday" photo again and
come back for a short visit :))

Thanks for the kind comments to my last post, very much appreciated!
Susanne

It's Friday...

This "Cat Tales" I have seen by a pond on a RV Park in Silver Springs, Florida

I really don't know the name for this beautiful flower. They reminds me to an Iris or to Glads. I'm sure there exist a right botanical name. Do you know it?

Hi my friends,

I'm overwhelmed with all your kind comments to my last post. You made my day! Thank you so much for that!

We are back at the Space Coast - Oh, my....I guess I told you that already yesterday...LOL... and guess what? We are planning to settle down somewhere here on the mainland or somewhere further out by the beach. We only have to find the RIGHT place to be.

Tomorrow we will start with driving around and "hunting" for that cute, clean, small and still affordable house in a secure, nice region of the Space Coast. If YOU know something like that, let us know.... PLEASE!

My email is: susanne2049(at)gmail.com.

Stay with me, I'll be still posting and update you with all the exciting news to come! But for first this: Happy Friday! :)

Last sunlight over the pond...

Peaceful bench and a little visitor too :)
(click in the picture...)

Hi my friends,

we are arrived outside of Atlanta in a pretty RV park for the night. I enjoyed the setting sun over the pond, the light was very nice this evening.

Thanks for all your kind comments to my "Wordless Sunday" yesterday. I'm happy you liked my dandelion flower close up shot in a tint of blue.

We are heading towards Florida - again....LOL... As real Floridians, we are missing the palm trees...LOL... :)

Stay with me and see you soon down there at the beach! Keep the Margarita's cool for me - cheers! :)

Little Red Bridge...

There is a little red bridge in Magnolia Gardens that leads you from one side of the pond to the other. I enjoyed seeing the reflections in the water, the water was quiet like a mirror

The red bridge was also a living space for a little green gecko, enjoying the warm sunshine on his back

He was so peacefully dreaming in the sun until a photographer came up to him with that unbearable clicking sound which made the gecko disappear behind the red pole for protection - and he never came back again.

This is the beautiful view that the gecko was pondering while taking his sunbath.

Light Reflections

This is my view every evening from the back side of my yard, overlooking the water and the mangroves.
I enjoy just to sit there, looking out and listen to the birds, watching the last light reflections in the trees and on the water, before the night covers every thing all around in darkness and tranquility.

It is the place I love to be!

A cute little frog

Little Froggy
See the little froggy
Swimming in the pool
The water’s great- It’s nice and cool
When he gets all cleaned up
Out he’ll hop
Squeaky clean
From bottom to top.
***
See the little froggy
On the lily pad
Trying to catch flies
She’s getting sad.
***
When she catches one,
She’ll gobble it up
Back in the water
She’ll go kerplop!
