Some Abstracts and Some Portraits too

Waiting in a garage again for doing some work more on our RV, I've used the time and went around in the close environment there and I have captured some abstract scenes.

I had also the opportunity to do some pretty portraits of my beautiful models.... have a look below! :)

Truck stops offer you always interesting scenes to photograph

....like blown up tires....

You're warmly invited to have a seat until it's your turn to get in :)

Rusty metal waste....

And here come all my pretty models:

I loved to do portraits of them all - and believe it or not, they liked it to pose and were watching me by every move I made with my camera :)

A pretty close up....

The shy observer, always some steps behind all the others....

It seems that the grass under the fence taste better than back there....

The beautiful twins

Isn't she pretty??? .... and I bet she knows it too! :)

Hi my friends,

I want to say thank you to all your kind comments and recommendations to my question I've had about the the ATT air card. We have now decided to send it back and to cancel the service. We are not happy at all with and it costs to much money to keep something that is useless!!

Today Wednesday, we drove from Lake City Florida towards Tallahasse. We stopped in another garage to have finally the tires aligned correctly, it was nessecary! After that we are arrived here at the Gulf Coast close to Apalachicola and we are sitting now on a campground only some feet away from the beach. I hope I can make some photos tomorrow from a sunrise or a sunset.

We have also to watch out for the weather very closely, it's supposed to get tonight some storms with hail and even a tornado warning is a big fact for tonight in this region here!

Cross your fingers for us that nothing happens!

Susanne--You amaze me with your ability to turn such ordinary items into art. I love the photos. I hope you get out of there with no problems.

I absolutely loved the way you chose to fill your time with photographing the garage! I think you made "lemonade out of lemons" as the expression goes.

Hi Sue - love all your models - great expressions, and you never cease to amaze me by your great eye - the truck stop shots are amazing - I like the composition of the wheels, but especially the gas pumps - its wonderful - thanks so much for sharing !! :-}

I agree...you could turn dirt into art with your camera! I am taking it all as ideas for my beginning hobby of photography and find myself looking closer at "the ordinary" because if you do....you find beauty everywhere!!!
