Telling a teenager the facts of life is like giving a fish a bath.
First, I want to say thank you for all the kind comments to my last post. It's always a great feeling to read how much you're enjoying my blog posts. Thanks for coming back again today...*smile*...
I was very busy recently and couldn't post for two days, but now I'm back again with one of my pictures I did 2 days ago of a shrimp boat, sitting in the harbor of Cape Canaveral. And there I saw these BIG fishes "cleaning up" the barnacles off the side walls of the boat. I bet, you could have catch them with your own hands, they were so busy...
I wish you a happy Wednesday - see you later!
~Susanne

Funny quote, and true! My daughter knows more about "the facts of life" than I know or even care to know. I'm an innocent compared to her.
..and so am I, Marty :))
They tell things to you like we would be the kids and they the parents, right? :))
But that's fine, it makes me always smile inside :)
Thanks for stopping by my blog!
Wow, that "is" a good closeup! I have fond memories of Cape Canaveral when I visited my grandparents every summer. They lived in Florida and they use to take me to all the different beaches. We also visited, Melbourne, Jacksonville and St. Augustine. I prefer the private beaches over the crowded public beaches. My uncle was in the Navy so we have a chance to go to some pretty nice places. Like the quote also. :)
Have a great weekend!
Thank you for sharing your childhood memories with me, dear Tawnya! :))
Nice to get some personal feedback to my post, I appreciate it very much!
The quote made me laugh..so very true!!! And -what a lovely capture of these two sweet fish!
I liked the quote too when I was searching for one with the word "fish" in :)
Thanks for stopping by, Marcie - and have a wonderful Sunday.
