Live Your Life

When you were born, you cried
and the world rejoiced.
Live your life
so that when you die,
the world cries and you rejoice.

A very impressive photo, real art. And I like the poetry you are putting with your pictures.

And one question: Did you have to climb high to make this photo.

I would love to hear the history behind this image. We have a sculpture much like this in Paducah....and the sculptor is not a resident but came through town, made the creation, and left it for our community to enjoy. Could it have been created by the same person?

Love the perspective from which this was shot.

Hi Peter,

since I know how to climb the coconut trees I also know how to climb high to shoot portraits of old wise Indians...LOL... I like your humor! :-)

And thanks for your comment, Peter!

Hi Sue,

I can maybe find out who the sculpturer was, if you like to know it. Thank you for your interesting comment!
