Yes, it really depends the side where you are standing. I like it when my visitors start interact with my photos.

I had to smile when I saw that you saved the photo with "Stacheldraht".

And you are right: It is ZERO EIGHT and not ZERO NINE. So, I will not be available for another year. It was early morning when I made the post. Or is OLD AGE getting me?

Danke fuer den Kommentar. Ich habe erst heute Morgen das englische Wort fuer Stacheldraht gelernt, dank sei meinem guten alten Dictionair! :-)

Ich wusste es, dass du irgendwann einmal in einem deiner frueheren posts geschrieben hats, dass du dieses Jahr - 2008 - pensioniert wirst. Ich musste schmunzeln und dachte mir auch sowas wie: frueh am Morgen, vielleicht hat er noch keinen "Kafi" gehabt...oder sowas...

Where was the photograph taken?

We have here in Charleston a landmark it is called
patriot-point and there is a destroyer from WW2, "US Yorktown" and on that place they've built also a original Vietnam Base, there was the photo made.
