A BigThunderstorm Is Moving In

I promised you some days ago to show you more of those very dramatic thunderstorm clouds moving in over our heads, out of James Island.
A fantastic play of mother nature!

There were dark clouds out on the water...

and more dark clouds in the back...

and in between was the sun shining trough and made this dynamic scene

Big international traffic by the Ravanel bridge

Dolphins were swimming in groups in the bay area

A pretty place to sit down and relax, to watch and to enjoy nature

These five dogs needed a cool bath too on that hot
summer day late afternoon

Also friends found some time together to chat, watching the fishing pelicans and the boats going by. I love to enjoy afternoons like this!

It looks like the storm that we had on tuesday, 115 mm(about 5 inches) of rain in about 1 hour. Great pictures.

Those are some very good photos of a very powerful storm. I love it right before a storm . Just as long it does not become a tornado! :o)

I loked the dolphin pic also. They are such entertaining animals.

Hi Sue! 2008.08.08 is a very special day for Blogtrotter. So, before I start commemorating, let me just tell you how much I appreciate your comments on my blogs! Thanks a lot!
Great pictures, but I must confess that thunderstorms don't make my day... ;)
The Tuesday Special is wonderful! And the pictures of the museum are excellent!
Have a great day and a wonderful weekend!

Wonderful cloud images Sue. I love thunder storms they fascinate me. I love watching the lightening. I have always wanted to do 'Tornado Chasing' in America. Dangerous..... Yes.... thrilling..... oh yes. If ever i win the lottery i am treating Helen my friend at work and me to a trip to America for tornado chasing. LOL

Hi Susanne, thank's for styopping by and the comments. Those clouds are awesome. It is always great to see dolphins too. Been enjoying the other posts as well.
I have decided to try and sort out the blogger problems, because I prefer it to Wordpress. I am doing this with my cell phone.
