These wildflower photos are made in that little park area out of James Island, where I was yesterday afternoon. See also my post from yesterday.

Love the Yucca plant and the
ReplyDeletelittle white blooms. They seem
so serene, so pure, so white
especially set against the green
back ground. Are you still using
film or have you gone digital.
Great photos, also like your choice
of music. Some of my favorites.
Great photos. I really like the series of photos of the Yucca plant. I had no idea what one looked like - so really enjoyed going from a close-up - to a big group of flowers - to the whole plant.

Hi double "d",
ReplyDeleteThanks for your visit again and for your kind comment. I switched to digital some years ago, but still have my film SLRs. I can't let go so easy.:-)
Hi Patty,
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comment. I'm glad you like the flowers, special the Yucca. Me too, I never have seen that before for real and there were so many of those plants blooming.
beautiful colours all make some incredble images. I don't know what they're called but they are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThank you Carol for stopping by.:-)
ReplyDeleteall beautiful. never seen a blooming yucca plant before!
ReplyDeleteHi Silken,
ReplyDeletethanks for your visit and your kind comment.
Your wildflowers are so pretty and much much different from the wildflowers of British Columbia... if I found those in the forest, I would be amazed.
ReplyDeleteSue, your photos are amazing, colorful, and so clear! Very nice.
Thanks Michele,
ReplyDeletefor this nice comment. I think these wildflowers are more flowers from the South than of the North. :-)
Wow Susanne, never seen those before, I guess because I never been on the James Island, lol. Thanks for sharing, I really enjoyed them. Anna :)
ReplyDeleteIt's time to visit James Island...LOL...come down, you will NOT regret!
ReplyDeleteThanks for commenting.
Hi, I just saw your blog and beautiful photos. I wanted to tell you about about the flowers you did not know the names of. The pink "fluffy" one looks like a bloom from a mimosa tree and the yellow and pink blooms are lantana. I am from Texas and they are quite common here.
ReplyDeleteBonnie
Hi Bonnie,
ReplyDeletethank you so much for visiting my blog, nice to meet you!
And thanks also for your information about those flowers. Mimosa, yes, I was thinking to that name, because of the leafs of the tree.
I'm learning all the time new things here on my blog.:-)
