Love the palm and beach pics. From what I remember, that is actually a man-made beach, but they have done a nice job keeping up with it.
I also like your commentary on the beach bum. SO many people in Key West are there because they have no where else to go to "fit in." That's why I love the Conch Republic...a place for wayward souls!
thanks for posting these wonderful pictures... I'm heading down to Key West this week for a 10 day vacation and will be taking photo's of course...and your photo's have inspired and helped me with conceptualizing some shots!
Thanks for your nice comment. I guess you will have some better and more sunny days for shooting pictures on the beach, than I had when I did those photos. You're very welcome to Key West!

There's nothing wrong with Palm Trees. At least you have them. I would love to be near such a beautiful beach. Very nice photos...and website as well.

Thanks Michel for your compliments to my blog and website. I try to bring a variety of everything from and about Key West at the blog.
I'm glad you liked the palm trees.

Hi Al,
you are right about the beach. They say the sand is from the Bahamas and the palm trees are planted.
And we have also street bums, not only beach bums. Actually we have too many of them, sitting everywhere over town too.
Thank you very much for taking your time and to write all these nice comments to me. :-)
I like these pictures Sue. The palm trees give the beach a romantic look
Thanks Max for this nice comment.
