A new self portrait...

Hi, how do you feel today????


Hi my friends,

that's how I look and feel sometimes early in the morning, looking in the mirror....LOL.... :)

I was yesterday in the Zoo shooting some animals, with my camera of course!
I always loved these funny looking animal faces, like this one of the Emu above. He looks like he is smiling and for the most I like the hair style - or the no hair style at all. I'll show you more pictures in the next few days with other animals I have photographed - before I bore you to much with my ZEN photography.

    Emus are strange creatures. While we were driving through an animal park in Texas an Emu decided to stick his head into the car through our sunroof. He was just looking for a handout, but my wife sure didn't like him sticking his head in the car.

    I think I would be like your wife too, Richie. I had a hard time to capture this one, he came closer and closer... by this face... you never know what will happen as next...*smile*...

    The Emu looks as if he has been out on the town, but I am sure you look much better than that in the morning, just ask your husband.

    Yep, he was also pretty tricky too, he waited until I were close enough to click and then he came quick closer, almost up to the lens...I had then to new focus on him...a little devil and exactly that's how his face is looking, right? :)
