Just the other day, it seems, the kids were running through the house, slamming doors, breaking glass, making noise. Time goes by so quickly. Sometimes everything seems so fleeting.

very beautiful decoration very well captured
ReplyDeleteYes, it gets quiet very quickly after the kids grow up and leave home. I guess that's why we enjoy grandchildren so much.
ReplyDeleteCute interpretation of an autumn door decoration. You seem to notice interesting "things" around your city. I may have to go for a personal photo walk and see what I can discover around our city.
That wreath is lovely, is it for halloween??
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by Vaggelis
ReplyDeleteand for your kind comment.:)
You are absolutely right, Sue! It is nice to have the kids - and it's nice also to give them back again, right? :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the nice comment.
Hi Marie,
ReplyDeleteHere in Charleston people have wreaths hanging all around the year at the doors. It was new for me too!
Thanks for the comment. :)
Hi Susanne! What is that wreath made out of? It looks like wheat, but I can't tell.
ReplyDeleteHi Pete,
ReplyDeleteNice to see you again around my blog. Thanks for commenting. That is "Sweet Grass" and dried corn. The basket weaver in the South, to 99% black people do this crafting, are using sweet grass for their work. Sweet grass is growing here everywhere.
Very pretty wreath. The time sentiment really is true, it does go so quickly.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the visit, papercage!
ReplyDeleteSoon, there will be mistletoe hanging on doors. The year end is coming closer and closer.
ReplyDeleteYes, I still remember those mistle toes at the Swiss house doors very well.:)
ReplyDeleteThanks for commenting Peter!
Hey Susanne, it looks like a wheel turning shooting of fireworks, the Sunlight being the sparks, very cool.
ReplyDeleteThis is a very interesting version to see this photo, Bob! I like your version.:)
ReplyDeletei love the wreath sue.
ReplyDeleteThe wreath is beautiful, right? I liked it too! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comment, Carol.
