Joy of Color - Joy of Life
Just Beyond The Sunset
Just beyond the sunset
Someone waits for me
Just beyond the sunset
Lies my destiny
Where the purple mountains
Lie in deep tranquillity
There I’ll find the treasure
Of love eternally
Just beyond the sunset
Waits someone so fair
Just beyond the sunset
All alone they wait there
Their hair is golden
The colour of the sand
Their eyes sparkle in the night
Like diamonds in your hand
Just beyond the sunset
Lies a home for me
Where the world is peaceful
Like a paradise should be
Just beyond the sunset
Someday is where you’ll find me

DSM
Hi DSM,
ReplyDeleteThank YOU for all these wonderful words! I appreciate your compliments very much!
Very pretty Sue. I wish my colors in my skies were as brilliant. Right now they are pretty grey with winter's coat upon us. Very nice, indeed.
ReplyDeleteHi Michele,
ReplyDeletedon't worry, your pictures are PERFECT, in any skies that you have there!
Thanks for your nice comment!
This is a dramatic sunset.
ReplyDeleteDo you use a photo program to get this colors? Or is this just as it is.
Hi GAWO
ReplyDeletethanks for your visit and for the comment. To 80% is the sky that way what you have seen in my post, just breathtaking. The other 20% it can be gray and rainy some days and then will be there no sunset. So, to answer your question: I don't use to much Photoshop...
Wow, the colors in those photos are just beautiful. I'm happy I both photograph and paint, because the colors in sunsets or sunrises are so difficult to get rihgt when you paint.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing these!
Hi Susie,
ReplyDeletenice to see you here and thanks for your kind comment.
I heard from a very good painter, that of the two most difficult things to paint are: the clouds and the water. I f you can paint that, then you are a great painter.:-)
Beautifully magic sunset, the clouds bring it to life!
ReplyDeleteI knew it, you will like this one, Bob! Thank you for the comment.
ReplyDeletei really like watching sunset and sunrise. beautful sunsets, great capture
ReplyDeleteThank you very much JAZEVOX
ReplyDeletefor this wonderful comment!
Susanne, your sunsets are just beautiful, and this time I like the little ship on the horizon or before the sun. I was talking to my mother in law this weekend, and when they visited Florida they were supposed to go to Key West, but they were in a rush to get to friends condo, but I heard that Key West has one of the most beautiful sunsets and you are proving it every time, thanks for sharing as always. Anna :)
ReplyDeleteI like the second photo the best. You can see the sailboat in the horizon. Nice shot! :o)
ReplyDeleteThank you Anna for this new comment to my sunset shots from yesterday.
ReplyDeleteI think sunsets are great to watch everywhere in the world. I have seen majestic sunsets up in the mountains and also in the deserts of Dubai. I love them all!:-)
Thank you Titania for this nice comment.
ReplyDeletewow, you been to Dubai, i heard they got all kinds of new things going on there like man-made islands, indoor ski-resort..
ReplyDeleteThank you for visiting my blog again, JAZEVOX. :-)
ReplyDeleteThese photos have really nice colours, I think I like the first one best as there are no people in the shot. If the third one had no heads in it that would be a perfect shot though, the ship's silhouette gives a great effect.
ReplyDeleteHi David,
ReplyDeletethanks for your comment!
It's not that easy to get a shot at Mallory Square without to have the people in the foreground. There are hundreds of tourist every night who watch the sunset - and it is also my working place. So, I try all the time to capture from the best angle to frame a still acceptable photo.:-)
Simply... AMAZING. Well well done. Fantastic sky
ReplyDeleteWow, those are magnificent!
ReplyDeleteHi evlahos,
ReplyDeletemany thanks for this nice compliment to my sunset photos!
